Your course file, from specification to report

The quality documents your deanship asks for every semester, in NCAAA-style templates, in English or Arabic. Upload your marks file as it is: CLO attainment and exam statistics are calculated exactly, then you review and edit the wording before you sign it off.

Sample CLO assessment report
A CLO assessment report generated from fictional data

Three commitments behind every document

Figures are calculated, not written

CLO attainment, grade distributions, difficulty, discrimination and reliability, blueprints and KPI judgements are formulas applied to your own data. The AI drafts sentences around them and never changes a number.

Student names never leave your device

Upload a Blackboard, Moodle, D2L or Excel file as exported. Name, ID and email columns are removed in your browser before anything is sent, and raw marks are deleted after 30 days.

You review and approve

Every document is a professional draft with a checklist of what to verify. Edit it on the page or in Word, and add an AI-use disclosure line if your university asks for one.

Questions from faculty

Do the documents follow the NCAAA templates?

We follow the sections and order of the ETEC/NCAAA templates for the course specification and report and the field experience documents. Universities adapt these templates, so you can download Word and move the text into your own university's form.

Does the AI see my students' marks or names?

No. Names and IDs are removed in your browser before sending. Marks are calculated on our servers, and only aggregated results (percentages, means, coefficients) reach the AI to draft the wording. Colleague names in minutes and peer reviews are masked too.

Where is the data stored?

On Cloudflare's servers, possibly outside the Kingdom, and the text is drafted with Anthropic's Claude service. The full data flow and your rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law are on our compliance page (Arabic).

Is using it academically acceptable?

You prepare the data, decide and review; the tool calculates and drafts. You can add an AI-use disclosure line to the document, and a ready-made disclosure text is on the compliance page. Always follow your university's policy.

Can I upload my LMS gradebook directly?

Yes. Blackboard, Moodle and D2L exports are recognised: item names and maximum marks are read from the column headers, and identity columns are removed automatically.

Our program is ABET or AACSB accredited. Does it fit?

Yes. Choose the accreditation in your details: each CLO gets a student outcome (ABET) or learning goal (AACSB) field, and the CLO report and course report add a contribution table using the official ABET outcome wording. In the course specification, enter the outcomes the course supports and we suggest a mapping for you to review.

Is the interface available in English?

Yes. Switch the app to English with the language toggle at the top of the faculty view, and choose English as the document language. Every document is available in English.
